Today’s royal recognition goes to Holly, a beautiful sweetheart we met in Mt. Lebanon while working on a newly remodeled bathroom with low water pressure.

From the moment we stepped into the home, Holly was right there — gentle, alert, and full of curiosity. While we fine-tuned the shower’s pressure, she made several quiet inspections, making sure everything was going according to royal standards. Whether it was sniffing our tool bag or peeking around the doorway, she made her presence known.

It’s clear Holly takes her home—and her humans—very seriously. Thank you, Holly, for reminding us that even plumbing work is elevated in the presence of a queen.
